Transparency on Govt Spending

I have been working with RTI act founder Jaya Prakash Narayan garu to automate the process of bringing 

transparency in govt spending. I have created a framework and tech specs on how this can be done. This 

initiative is yet to reach closure.  I need more political connects to make this happen.
